Get Into The Christmas Spirit!

With so much going on in Miami over Christmas, it’s easy to forget about events that really shouldn’t be missed. After several months of giving you my recommendations, I think I have got a good feel for what you like and I have picked this one especially for you…

Who doesn’t love to dress up for a Christmas party especially when the event is Alice in Wonderland themed? This will be the 6th Mistletoe and Martinis hosted by the Deering Estate and if you haven’t been before this is the year to go.

What can you expect? The event is a nod back to festive celebrations of old, you can expect live musical performances, hors d'oeuvres, martinis (obviously...!) and throughout the evening you will be able to explore the amazingly decorated Deering Estate.

Most importantly, there will be a silent auction during the event where guests have the opportunity to bid on some amazing items generously donated by the event’s sponsors. All of the proceeds of the auction will be donated to the Deering Estate’s Foundation which helps preserve the historical site and its many community programs.

I really can’t think of a better way to spend this Saturday evening. Tickets sold out early last year so make sure you get yours before it’s too late…
