We all know how amazing the nightlife is in Miami, but going out every weekend can get pretty tiring. This Saturday join me for a yoga class overlooking the sea rather than starting the weekend in bed with a hangover.

I Need A Yoga Friend - Does Anyone Want To Join Me This Saturday?

It’s a no-brainer - Yoga hits harder when you are overlooking the sea and watching the sunrise. Cafe Namaste figured this one out a while ago and their classes have been running for a few years. We can assure you they are worth going to.

The classes are hosted every Saturday morning at 8:30 and as I have alluded to my favourite thing about them is where they are hosted! The roof terrace at the Nautilus Sonesta in Miami Beach looks out over the waves and if you take part in the class you can get 15% off any food you order from the hotel afterwards.

The class itself is perfect for all abilities and is led by Cafe Namaste founder Sam Reynolds. Not only do I like the classes they organize, but their mission as well. The initiative is trying to build a community centered around wellness and friendship. I really hope to see lots of you there.
